Ms. Paulin Khoo Mei Hwa holds a law degree from the University of London. She chambered with our firm for nine months before being admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2009. 

She joined Yeoh Mazlina & Partners (Melaka branch) as a legal assistant after being called to the Bar whereby she handled civil litigation matters involving banking litigation, landlord and tenant disputes, contractual disputes, debts recovery, companies winding up, insolvency, family law matters, child adoption, estate administration, amongst others.

During her practice with Yeoh Mazlina & Partners, besides handling various litigation matters, she also handled conveyancing work. She has a vast experience in many aspects of conveyancing law and practice including sale and purchase transactions, tenancy agreements, loan documentation pertaining to different financial institutions, joint venture agreements etc. Her clients range from individuals to financial institutions, developers and companies.

She together with the senior staff also represent and advice various real estate developers, corporations and institution on matters relating to development project, sale of residential, industrial, commercial land and buildings and sale of completed properties. Among the recent development projects handled by the branch are Taman Mayang Lestari by Herald Accord Sdn. Bhd. and Taman Jasin Bestari by Pemaju Suria Sdn. Bhd.

She was admitted as Partner to Yeoh Mazlina & Partners in 2019 and is currently the Partner of our Melaka branch.
