Mr. Lim Sze Han graduated from the University of Malaya with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) in 2016. He completed his pupillage under Dato’ Wrong Rhen Yen at Dennis Nik & Wong and was then called to the bar in 2017.

He started his legal practice in Han & Partners in 2017 whereby he mainly handles and assists on highly contentious civil litigation. With the opportunities and hard work, he has built a solid and versatile skill as an advocate in diversity area of law, including tenancy dispute, retails issue, corporate dispute, copyrights and trademarks, defamation, negligence, construction, adoption, winding up, debt recovery as well as enforcement proceedings. His client portfolio includes various industries, both individuals and corporates consisting of established retail focused REIT, automobiles, construction company, strata management bodies and so on.

In 2021, Sze Han joined Yeoh Mazlina & Partners where further expands his experience as an advocate and has widen his practice in the area of banking litigation, fraud dispute and public interest litigation.
